You’re a woman who is successful in so many areas of your life. You were a good student, you’re a loyal friend and partner, you are loved at work. But there’s one area of your life where you just can’t get it right: your body.
You’ve been on more diets than you can count. Each one feels exciting, like a new opportunity to get it right! You’ve lived long enough to see that the weight you lose is often regained. And you feel so out of control around food! Chocolate and cookies are your kryptonite.
You’ve had enough of the merry-go-round you’ve been on for 10, 20 or 30 years. You’re sick and tired of the weight loss and regain and the constant voice in your head that judges your food choices and body every single day.
You know you don’t want to diet, but you’re terrified of what will happen to your body if you stop dieting.
You already feel like a food addict. What will happen if a diet isn’t there to keep you in control?
For once, you would feel normal around food!
This is all possible!
“I am now able to enjoy all foods. I no longer obsess about what I am going to eat. It has been very freeing not to spend a lot of time worrying about what food will be served at a social event. I have the time and space to focus on other areas of my life. “

I’ve been exactly where you are now. And I’ve devoted my career to helping women to find freedom and peace around food and their bodies.
I went on my first diet at age 11, and I spent 25 years of my life seeking the perfect diet. For a long time, I was convinced that I was the problem. Weight was the one area of my life where I couldn’t succeed. I knew the answer was out there - I just needed to find it.
Can you relate?
Each new diet brought the promise of a new me. The excitement and daydreaming about my new self would make the endless hours of cooking and not being able to eat at parties worth it.
Why couldn’t I just be normal around food?
I was haunted by all the things I couldn’t have. The brownies and cookies; the chips or even bread. And then, sometimes in secret, I’d eat those foods. And I’d feel so guilty.
And then I hit diet rock bottom: I knew that I couldn’t stand the torture anymore. But, I also didn’t know what to do. Dieting was all I knew.
And I was terrified that if I quit dieting, I’d gain a ton of weight and my life would fall apart.
But I also knew that I wanted - no I needed - to break the cycle of dieting for my daughter. I didn’t want her to have a tortured relationship with food... I wanted her to live the fullest life she could.
So, I took the leap. I embraced Intuitive Eating.
I also stopped the way I worked as a dietitian. I no longer promoted weight loss. It wasn’t just my personal transformation, though that certainly helped.
As a dietitian, I follow the science, and studies about diets and Intuitive Eating were flooding my inbox. Diets were harming women more than they were helping.
And, as a dietitian who used to promote diets, I was a part of the problem.
Gulp!
Since then I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of women to help them live with freedom and peace around food and their bodies. Every day I witness the true life transformation that occurs when women finally make peace with food.
“I highly recommend Kelly. She is absolutely awesome! I could never have done any of this without her help. If you are looking for a non-dieting way to improve your well being, Kelly is the person you should see.”

I don't have anxiety around food anymore. I truly didn't think I could keep certain foods in my home because I didn't trust myself. I've now had the same bag of Skittles in my house for almost 2 months and that's my favorite candy! I am able to eat ALL foods now and don't feel like food has power over me.”

For less than half the cost of 1:1 coaching with me, you can get your food freedom transformation.
If you weren’t haunted by the foods in your pantry or freezer?
If chocolate could just be another food, not your kryptonite?
If you could be cured of your food addiction and the frequent binges?
If you could get real enjoyment out of all foods and feel great in the process?
If you could feel normal around food...
”As a result of our work I'm able to eat food and recognize when I'm content. I don't need to measure things or portion control. I'm able to stop when comfortably full and can't think of the last time I was stuffed.” --

Each week, we will be focusing on one principle of Intuitive Eating. There will be time to share insights from the prior week, a presentation of each new principle and actions and experiments (homework!) for the following week! There will be time to learn from me and from other participants, time to share and time to support and celebrate one another.
The calls will be conducted within my practice’s electronic health record, Healthie. It’s Zoom but HIPAA-compliant, so all your information is secure.
Ideally, you can make all of the calls, but we all know that life happens! All participants will have access to the weekly content (lesson, pre-reading, worksheets and the recording).
Yes! Did you know: research shows that Intuitive Eating is consistent with so many chronic conditions. While doctors may prescribe weight loss for all of these conditions, science shows us that yo-yo dieting is more harmful in the long run for all of these conditions.
The reason Intuitive Eating is beneficial for these conditions has to do with all of the internal work that we do. You see, Intuitive Eaters have a high degree of interoceptive awareness and it’s a fancy way of saying that Intuitive Eaters are highly tuned in to how their bodies feel. So, we become attuned to how foods make us feel and we learn to eat ALL foods in a way that supports our health and makes us feel great.
I know that Intuitive Eating is a complete 180 from anything you’ve ever done and that can be really scary.
But, if you know you can’t diet again, do you really have another option? Only you can make the decision, but if you are done with dieting, Intuitive Eating can be your best option.
I'm glad you asked! Intuitive Eating is an eating framework rooted in self-care. It’s a non-diet way of healing your relationship with food and your body. And unlike your latest diet, it gives you a lifetime of results. That’s right: you won’t be searching for a new diet next January!

Yes! Payment options are either one payment or monthly payments for 3 months.
No. Once you register, you’re in. I don’t give refunds. I purposely keep the group small so that all participants get the time and attention they need. Also, the route to Intuitive Eating isn’t a linear one. The first month CAN be challenging, but you’ll really hit your stride in month two.
