I practice in a positive, non-judgmental style, and I am a proponent of Health at Every Size. I employ a coaching style of counseling that is collaborative, rather than authoritative, to help guide you towards living your best life.
I believe strongly in using an integrative approach. That is, I look at the whole person, taking lifestyle factors into account when giving advice and making recommendations.
